Orange pigmentation on ankles
I noticed a little orange spot on the inside of my ankle.
The other ankle also has orange pigmentation, although it’s spread out more, like pin pricks or freckles.
There is no itching or pain, any idea what this could be?

It is impossible to guess without seeing. I suggest you see a podiatrist or a dermatologist.
