ortho trac or ortho vest

I heard about the ortho vest on the radio, didn’t get a chance to find out where to get more info.
My son had a compression fracture from hyperextention of the spine doing a back flip on the trampoline.
He is alot of pain.
He spent two months with daily therapy at our chiropractor, and it did no good.
The vest is supposed to take the pressure off the spine so it has a chance to heal.
Have you ever heard of this, and if so, how do I get more info.
