orthotics
I just started wearing orthotics and I know there is a break in period.
Does it matter if I don’t wear them everyday?
I read somewhere that people who have orthotics should even avoid walking around barefoot because that can reverse the process.

Generally, we have the patient build up wearing time adding an hour each day. This can and does vary widely with the individual. We will often make the analogy that orthotics are like eyeglasses for the feet- when you wear them they help, if you don't, they won't.
