    : I had/have osggod schlatters. The stretches will only helps strengthning the surrounding muscles, it does not help reduce the pain. Trust me, I went to physical therapy for it almost a year long. The pain reduces in time, years.My pain from osgood schlatters has like 90% gone away, & I’m 16 nowafter I aquired it 3 years agominerals/pills u can take & it doesn’t hurt to try creams. Stretching I guess is ok in moderation, but go easy. Stretching doesn’t help reduce the pain though, being that osgood schlatters deals w/ your bones. You’re mostly going to have to be patient, yes it is annoying & yes it does hurt.
