I have been experiencing lower left leg pain on the side of the calve. Only while exercising (mostly just walking).
It goes away after I stop but the site still feels tight.
Stretch before you exercise and see if that helps. If not, it could be compartment syndrome which is where an area of the leg tightens and pushes on the internal structures. Could be a arterial/venous problem. Try the stretching and if that does not work, go see a chiropractic doctor for dianosis and treatment.
