chipped bone

I injured my left foot about seven months ago and was told I pulled some muscles.
I had to return recently because the pain is persistent and I have no strengh in that foot.
The doc. put me in a rehab shoe and said come back in a month. The recent x-rays show several areas of chipped bone in my 2nd martusal that were causing me pain because I have never rested it.
What would be your typical treatment for this? He also said I had extra bones in my 1st martusal that are rubbing on the chipped bone pieces.

hip pain

For the past few days I have experienced what feels like a muscle strain on my right hip (anterior and posterior) deep inside. The “pulling” sensation is only evident when I place the majority of my weight on my left leg and then my entire right hip (mostly posterior) is quite sore. I do sit cross-legged much of the time but the pain is not noticeable when I sit in that positon or when rising from that position. Pain is only noticeable when bearing weight on opposite leg.Any stretching exercises would be appreciated. Sitting in a bath seems to alleviate some of the pain. Ibuprofen dulls it slightly but not completely.

3rd post op day bunionectomy…

I am a little worried, it is my 3rd post op day. I had a bunionectomy with Akin osteotomy with a fixation screw and a k-wire. My big toe is still numb, not completely, but like pins and needles when I touch it. Is this normal? I am in a fair amount of pain that is getting better each day, but I am taking the percocet around the clock. Are these signs of complications? I see my doctor tomorrow for a dsg change. Thanks!

Somebody help please. I’m a dancer, and nobody can tell me what’s wrong with my foot

over the past couple of months, i’ve been having pains in my left ankle. suddenly last week, a pain in my ankle shot up from my ankle while I was walking and gave out on me. at first I tried RICE and all that stuff, but it didn’t ease the pain, so I went to the hospital. since then i’ve seen many doctors and specialists but none can tell me what is wrong with my ankle. the pain is untolerable. sometimes it spreads up my entire left leg. I cannot walk on it and there is no rotation. However there is no swelling either. the only incident I can think of that could have caused this is when I twisted the ankle during a dance practise, but that was four months ago! If somebody can help, I would really apreciate it. I’m a dancer and I need to know what is wrong. thank you.
