red toes

Fall and winter mean I am back to wearing closed toe shoes-running shoes, high heels, flats and casual shoes.
I have noticed weeks after wearing these shoes, the outside of both my toes are very red and hurt a lot when pressed.
There does seem to be a slight infection via peroxide test.
What can you tell me?

chronic bicipita tendonits

I have had bicepts tendonitis on goin for about 10 months. I went to therpy(ulta-sound, streching, deep tissue massage, and rotator stregthening) for two months. The benifits were minimal but did help minimize the pain a little. What should be the next step. If surgery, how invasive is the process?
What is the down time? What is the rehab time? Will I be 100%? Any suggestions/comments would be greatly appreacated.

L big toe

About a year ago I had my big L toe operated on. It was not able to bend so the doctor shaved down the bones. Apparently Shaquil O’Neil has the same thing. I was told it would be fine, but now any bending on this toe is excrusiating! I was told it has a lot of arthritis in the nuckle. What can I do. They wont fuse it because I am 36 and active. HELP!

achillies tendon

I tore my achillies tendon 10/31/2016, did not recover completely but was able to play college ball one last year. Now it is 2015, I haven’t been active in a year. Went to the gym, worked with a trainer and now my ankle and my achillies tendon is swollen in one spot right above the heel. Should I get it checked out or should I just stretch more and then reduce my activity?

Morning foot pain

About 9 months ago, I became really sick, and I developed arthritis over several areas of my body, but mostly in my ankles.
My doctor diagnosed it as Henoch Schonelin Purpurra.
I was barely able to move for nearly seven weeks, and my ankles remained painful and swollen for maybe 5 more weeks. I no longer suffer from the arthritis.
But now, every morning when I first stand up from the bed, it feels as though my soles on my feet are “popping” as if I had bubble wrap inside my feet, and when I put weight on them, all the bubbles pop.
And my ankles are very stiff, and I have to walk gently for a few minutes before I am comfortable.
Then I’m pain free for the rest of the day.
Is this something I should be concerned about? Will this last the rest of my life?
Or is this just some sort of damage from the HSP? My doctor has since moved, and I’m not sure if it’s worth bothering another doctor over.

foot fungus or other

I’ve had reoccuring athletes foot for years. In the last two months, it’s become increasingly painful and seemingly worse. Between my 4th and 5th toe I now notice a green area that is consistently green. I tried treating this with over the counter stuff, but it’s not helping and it’s incredibly uncomfortable. Could this be another condition aside from athletes foot?

Dented muscle

My son was playing in a highschool football game about three weeks ago and got tackled.
His shoulder pad was shoved up under his armpit.
He had an indentation in the muscle (I guess the tri-cep)at the top underneath part of his arm closest to his armpit.
It hurt him at first and now he say it does not bother him.
My concern is, the indentation is worse now…. It is very noticeable.
Will this go away or should I take him to an orthopedic doctor? Thanks…..Liz
