In the past I have dislocated both of my shoulders at least once, I have a problem with them randomly popping out and going right back in…leaving my shoulder sore for a few days or more. Now I have begun to lift weights and im finding it really difficult because of my shoulders wanting to come out a lot of the time…is there any kind of excercise I can do to strengthen my shoulders?

Before I go to the Podiatrist I thought I would run this by you. About 18 months ago I slipped on the stairs and jammed my right big toe on the way down. Not sure if it bent under or back, too fast, I think it bent under. Anyway it felt like a sprain for a month and got 90% better but has always had some pain especially if I “wiggle” it, and it pops a little. Now it has started aching all the time and a lot worse if I walk on it like a mile around the area. Right in the first big joint at the very base of the big toe. (distal end of first metatarsal) Any idea what it is and what I am looking at for treatment? I am a Dentist and I hate it when people ask me these types of questions. I always say there is no way to know without an exam and x-ray and that is probably what you will say but I just wondered if it might be some well-know malady like doofus-toe or something. Hello,on 06/20 I broke and dislocated my wrist. Also broke my little finger. I had surgery to locate my wrist back the same day. After surgery I had a cast placed on my hand. I think something is wrong with my doctor,because the first time my cast was placed it was waaaay to tight. After it was loosened up,my wrist bone shifted and my arm was re casted again,only this time with my fingers pointing in the air (i assume to hold the wrist bone in place) but at the moment,my skin on that arm turned bright yellow (i’m Caucasian) is all of this ordinary? Or should I find another doctor?

Hi my husband had tendon surgery the end of March and the scar is still not healed. It is open approx. 1/2 inch the rest has healed. The problem is the sucture is slowly coming out and has to be cut by the Dr. Is this normal or could his body be rejecting it? He can walk on it, and has been soaking it in eptson salt.

Yesterday I was fine. No injuries that I recall. I woke up this morning and ouch! I couldn’t put any weight on the outside of my right foot. The pain has been intense all day. It throbs like bursitis or a bad cramp. My husband messaged it and hit a difficult tender spot on the outside halfway down my foot. Most of the muscles on the top of my foot ache. HELP! I am going on vacation for a week and do not know what to do. I took an antiinflamatory and it helped a little. I still can not stand on it without shoes. Please advise ASAP. Hi, I have a client with scoliocis and a very tight psoas. Her trainer is also a P.T.A. and suggest that she never does PNF stretching to it. He claims it will only worsen it. During my massage she will let me do PNF stretching, but refuses to do it any other time. He says stretching only loosens the joint opening it to injury. I disagree, what is your advice.
