Pain at back of foot bone
I am not sure what this area is called, it is the bone at the back of my foot where you flex your foot up and down.
I have 2 knots on this bone and they are painful and the left side of my ankle when I rub it tingles and I can be sitting and my foot will tingle like it is being poked with needles.
I have no idea what could be wrong.

The heel bone is called the calcaneus. You really should see a podiatrist for further evaluation.
