I have been getting severe pain now inbetween my right shoulder blade and spine the pain also moves to my chest making it hard for me to breath. I have also noticed that when it gets severe my shoulder will not be level it will drop down by one or two inches from where it normally rests. I shtere anything you can suggest as I am hoping to join the army in 3 months and I do not want them to pick it up when I have my medical and physical tests.

Could be a host of problems, mechanical (spinal column)or organic (organ problem)referring pain. Go to your DC or MD and get checked out!
