My upper arm has been acing for 4 days . I thought maybe arthiris. So I have been putting BenGay and Other heat cremas on it and taking arthiritis tylnol it releaves for awhile but comes back. Its hurts so sometimes it seems to pull on my shoulder and neck. Please tell me what to do?Barbara
