pain in ball of both feet

I have pain in the balls of both feet.
I have been fitted with orthodetics which do not help and have tried every inner sole on the market, none help.
I walk on concrete floors.
I have an extremely high arch and claw toes which doesn’t help the matter any.
I have no padding on the balls of my feet.
I would do anything to be able to work and walk without pain.
Please help
