Pain in knees

For the past couple of weeks I have had a pain in both knees.
When I am sitting, I am almost pain free and I even wonder if it might be my imagination.
The pain starts after I walk a few steps and is worse if I am going down stairs.
I have had to give up jogging because it is too painful.
I have tested negative for rheumatoid factor and my uric acid levels are normal. What could this be?

i hurt my knee a while ago and I was wondering if anyone knows how long it will take before I can go back to work again?

I know what you are going through & have just gotten back from my OS & got the results of my MRI. He said I have chondromalcia patella. I have to start physical therapy & am on anti-inflamatories & we’ll see what happens. But I had the same symptoms as you. So talk to your ps about that. Hope this helps.

I am having diverticulitis. Eveytime I don’t eat enough fiber I feel my colon is swollen,that time my knees also feel sour and I feel pain in my knees. Does it really have any connection or my knee is another problem. Please give me some advice.
