i lift heavy objects for a living and I’ve been in pain for 3 weeks now. left hip lower back and feels like my tendons are being ripped on down back of my leg.
My left leg from my hip to my knee is numb a lot of time, but the past couple of days I have had sharp pains that feel like long hot needles sticking in my leg, what is causing this and what do I do for it? I had my yearly physcial this past week and the nurse practioner that did my exam said that it was probably a pinched sciatic nerve but never told me what to do for it. Since I saw her the hot sharp needle pains have stared. Thanks for any help you can give me.
