Pain in the upper left side
I have a pain in the upper left part of my back in about the middle of the ribcage, the pain is intensified when I either lie down or sit up, and it is really intese when I cough.
Massage doesn’t seem to help neither does heat. Any suggestions?

Yes, go see a chiropractor. Could be mechanical, could be a rib or possibly an organic issue.
