I have had this pain in my upper left arm between my elbow and my shoulder for about 6 months and no one can help me.
I have seen my doctor and a spesensoredt and they find nothing wrong.
I have not had an xray yet, they have just told me to do ice twice a day for 20 minutes and take advil..any advice? Thanks.

  1. I have been having severe pain in my upper left arm, a year ago I went to see a Dr. who perscribe Cjlorzoxazone 500 MG. The pain has now return more severly.

    • I HAVE THE SAME KIND OF PAIN NOW FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS. XRAYS HAVE SHOWED NOTHING. IT IS ON THE FRONT ASPECT OF MY LEFT ARM BETWEEN SHOULDER AND ELBOW BEND. HURTS MUCH WORSE IF I SLEEP ON THAT SIDE. I TAKE IBUPROFEN FOR ANTI INFLAMMATION WITH ONLY MIMIMUM RELIEF.

  2. Pain in the upper arm could be coming from your neck, the nerves in your armpit, your shoulder…there are so many reasons why someone could have pain in their arm. How about trying a good chiropractor?? Sounds like your docs are clueless.
