Pain in upper thigh.

I have a very sharp pain in my right upper thigh/groin area… it has got progressively worse over the past 10 days – and occurs now with much greater frequency – it’s not there all the time, just when I walk – but quick and nasty and stabbing – could this be referred pain from elsewhere? I have a high pain threshold but this is too awful.

This doens’t help you…but I have the exact same thing. I went to a local doctor (not orthopedic) and he said put heat on it.. It went away for a month and now is back again just the way you describe it. Am online trying to find out what it is ..if you hear anything, please let me know. And if I do, I’ll email. Many thanks.

I have the exact same thing as well. I was also diagnosed with chronic pelvic pain syndrome two years ago, but this just started. AHHHHHHH!

This has been going on for about 2 years now and I have no idea what it is. I have constant pain in the backs of my thighs and on the side of my buttock. My skin has become indented where I get the pain. (the sides of my sensored looks like it caved in) and the backs of my thighs look all rippled and lumpy. I am only 25 years old and weigh 115 lbs so I am not overweight. The pain is becoming unbearable and I am afraid of what this could be, my legs are weak and some mornings its rough to stand up. Everyone I talk to has no idea. Please help me if you can.

: I have a very sharp pain in my upper thighs. It started with pain in my left testicle. It is believed that the testicular pain is neuropathic resulting from a compromised nerve during a standard lingenal hernia repair. Doctors are reluctant to comment. ???????
