Pain mid thrasic with a bruise to pain in chest plate
I have intence upper back pain between the shoulder blades( were I now have a dicent size bruise). When I Breath in the pain tends to move from my back through my sternum where I get a sharp pain. My upper back always feels like it needs to be popoed. It’s stuck or something I can’t get it to relieve.
