Pain on the bottom of my feet

At night I have intense itching on the soles of my feet.
When I scratch my feet it turns into burning pain.
I have found this to occur mainly at night and sometimes I have the same feeling in my hands.
It usally is in the arches of my feet and the outside edges of each foot, In any case, itching happens in same area every night.
Any ideas would be helpful.
I am 37 y.o. female, non diabetic, healthy non smoker. Thanks!

Hello,
I have a problem on my feet.
In 1987 dr the dr cut half of my middle toe of my lef foot. I don’t have Diabetis. I always broke my toes on Pittsburgh,just by walking. Now I have intense pain in both feet. I try all kind of orthodics and don’t work. Sometimes it hurt my arches,and I support with special elastic bandages.
Please I need your help or advice. Thank you.

Hello, I have a problem on my feet since 1987 Dr preforme a sugery by cutting half of my middle toe of my lef foot. I’m not have Diabetic! Now I have intense pain in both feet.
