Pain on the top of the foot

I have flexible arches and have had plantar’s fasciitis for years, which I usually can manage with good quality shoes and arch supports.
Now I have pain on the top of my foot about an inch from my leg that hurts pretty much all the time.
The pain is fortunately not severe.
I’m going to England on vacation in 3 weeks.
Any advice on how to deal with the problem with the top of my foot, and how to reduce the likelihood that walking a lot will aggravate my plantar’s fasciitis?Carolyn

I am sorry to tell you I am not a company. I am a podiatrist in practice in Texas. I try to answer some questions for folks if I have the time, but I can’t really tell you what to do without seeing your feet. I recommend you make an appointment with a podiatrist.
