pain on top of foot
i have pain on top of my right foot and it’s always present.
when I flex my foot upwards, I can feel the pain in the center of the top of my foot.
do you know what caused this? I don’t think it’s a sports injury since I only swim and haven’t been running for a while.
it seems to be getting somewhat worse with time, but it usually doesn’t hurt when I walk.

: I have pain on the top of my left foot. There is an obvious knot. My left leg is slightly larger that the right at this point. This has been going on for about 6 months. I have tingling and numbness down the foot to the inside of the big toe. What could this be and should I see a podiatrist or an orthopedist?
