pain under left shoulder blade

does not hurt to cough or breath, dull ache under left shoulder blade that moves around to under left breast…sometimes a rollin sensation or spasams under breast also

About 4 days ago I started with pain at the top of my left shoulder, it seems to moves around my left shoulder blade and through my left breast,sometimes don my left arem, it now feels like a constant dull ache, thought at first it may be wind, have tried taking nurofen and last night tried Alka-Seltzer, both easied the pain but did not completely get rid. Seems difficult to sleep on my left side. Does not seem to be worse on moving my are, little sharper on intake of deep breathe. Can you help please?
