painful ankle
3 times now….right out of the blue, I could not walk on my right foot~~ the ankle area hurt so badly that I could not put weight on it, it has not lasted long each time it happens, but it terribly painful and confusing?? why is that happening??

There is much more information needed to even guess at a reason. Some things I would ask or observe is the patient’s age, weight, job, activity, hobbies, family and social history, history of injury, medications, cause of symptoms, any response to treatment… I recommend you see a podiatrist or orthopedist. If an x-ray is negative, a MRI might be the next step.
