Painful bumps on both feet

Help!
I noticed a small red painful bump on the heel of my foot 2 days ago.
By the next morning I had many bumps on both feet.
Most are between or on the sides of my toes.
It’s very painful to walk!
It’s a burning kind of pain & feels somewhat like blisters, but they aren’t blisters.
I also have a couple on my hands, mostly on the thumb & index finger.
I’m miserable!!!!
What could be causing this & what the heck is it???
I can barely walk.
I’m also 5 months pregnant, don’t know if that makes a difference.
