I have been diagnosed with patellofemoral syndromeI can’t afford treatment right nowis there a certain knee brace I can buyand certain excercises I can do?thanx

You are lucky because I had a similar problem of finging a few good exercises for the knee pain. So far, I found two web sites with the exercises. Why don’t you take a look at familydoctor.org/handouts/479.html and http://www.stumptuous.com/pf.html Good luck!
