Pectus Excavatum
Hello, I have a mild case of a condition known as Pectus Excavatum. This condition is when your sternum in has a depression in it or “dent” if you will. It causes the ribs to cave in. Many cases do require surgery but many do not. Because of the depression my posture is bad, I tend to slouch alot and hav a protruding belly (weak lower abdominal muscles). I have heard that someone made a huge improvement with PE from posture exercises, even got rid of the dent. What kind of exercises would a chriopractic recomend? Thanks…
