piece of equiptment called core sculptor
Do you know anything or do you have an opinion about something called a “core sculptor” sold on television and on sensored://www.core sculptor.com.
I am not expecting the “mircles”……….. I just would like something that I could use at home to help work on my “core”.
I have a treadmil -use it religiously and walk daily…..on that 3.6 to 3.9 miles per hour. I have taken a brief Piliates course and it looks as if its focus is on the proper area??

I guess it’s ok…one thing I see with this piece of exercise equipment that you would be developing the muscles in only a few directions. Try something a little more dynamic.. I like the video turbo jam…it’s upbeat, really targets core muscles and it has lot’s of different sessions to keep from getting too boring.
