try icing it after you work out or whatever you sixteen year olds do also I have found that taking a week – 2 weeks off from any physical activity except for going to school will help it heal up termendously

Sometimes repetitive muscle pulls are caused by other muscle imbalances in the body. Those strong muscles overpull the weak ones and cause sprains. Has your mom/dad taken you to see a doc that maybe could get you to see a PT?

Hello, I was playing soccer this evening and at some point in time, I tried to pass the ball awkwardly. The muscle of concern is between the rib cage and the upper him bone. What can I do for it. To top it all, I have a caugh…. It really hurts everytime I caught. Thank you. isaac

While sleeping I can’t spend to much time on either side because the muscle in my arms or something around the muscle becomes soar and wakes me up. Asprin helps a little but my arms remain slightly soar through out the day. This has been going on for around six months and doesn’t seem to be getting any better. This year I have been a lot less active than previous years because of an ACL tear. I don’t believe I have done anything to those muscles and there is no visual swelling. what can I do to help releave the pain. Josh Johnson
