I fell down 25 five steps, injuring my elbow, ankle and heal. It has been a year and half ago, accompanied by ankle surgery. The heal pain is getting worse. Simply; when I walk, I hurt. Desperate!!!!!!

I have had it twice, this time for a much longer time. First time I got a leg splint to wear at night for six weeks(special order by dr. and it worked. This time the pain does not abate. Orthopedic surg. said they weren’t using the splint anymore. I am about too order one on my own at footsmart.com Cheaper and well worth it. Stretching against door frame is suppose to help. One friend with it got a steroid shot in the heel which worked. I have an appt. and hope it works. Gel heel inserts may help. I like my croc when I am home or working in the yard. The night splint is next

Im 27 and have had Plantar facititis for 18 months. It started off in my right foot and they gave me a splint to use overnight, which didn’t really help With work I’m on my feet 14 hours a day for 7 days, as a result the condition has moved to my left foot, and I been strugglin on both feet for 8 months now, insoles haven’t really worked and regular stretching hasn’t really taken effect, any ideas?
