What’s the best therapy for Plantar Fasciitis? I’ve been doing Dr. recommended massage for about six months. It provides relief, but no substantial improvement over time. Any recommendations?
:this is my question: I have severe flat feet, my left foot especially turns in. My podiatrist cast my feet for orthodotics, which I wear, but they kill my feet. I had severe tendonitis in my left fot and wore an air cast for 12 weeks, I haqve it again but it is just beginning. My feet are narrow,and I have tailor bunions on both feet, it is very hard to fit me for shoes as my feet are sensitive, they also burn like fire ALL the time, I am at a lace where I don’t know what to do. my doctor told me unless I get off my feet I’m headed for a wheelchair. I am only 55, andhave 2 jobs, this is because of survival, I need the insurance, I take viox, but it doesn’t help, any info you can give me would be appreciated.
