plantar fasciitis

(3 discussions)

Two different doctors told me conflicting things about shoes.
One said Birkenstocks were great and the other said they are the opposite of what is needed to plantar fasciitis because of the heel cup.
Anyone know who is right?

There are many, opinions on what works for this problem. The bottom line is that these (among many others) will work for some people sometimes. It really can be mind boggling. SOmetimes it is hit or miss. Bottom line is doctors all have preferences. You have heard 2.Sorry to confuse you.

After 3 years with pf two podiatrists I have got rid of the problem. No the podiatrists didn’t help much. A drug for adhd called strattera cured my feet within acouple of days. Its about inflammation.

planters fascitis I believe was cured by taking a prescription for adhd. I don’t want anyone to go through what I did. Could not work for over two years. A drug called strattera cured me literally overnight. I even started jogging to see if I was cured . I want to spread the word . I have contacted the manufactuer twice but they haven’t got back to me. I hope someone else tries it. Please get back to me if it works for you. My tel. 503 642-****
