Plantar Fascitus

I am a 49 year old woman who was a nationally ranked hurdler.
While doing repeat 400’s, I was 34 and still competing, I almost tore my left achilles which seemed to heal. Although I haven’t trained or competed in over 12 years, over the last two years I have been diagnosed with plantar fascitus in my left and tendonitus in the left and right achilles. Recently I have been walking and because I believe I am compensating for the pain and have developed shin splints on the right leg.
I did have it on the left but that has diminished.
I stretch all these muscles faithfully 100 times a day and have recently been excersising them in the swimming pool, and icing them.
Sometimes I am unable to bend at the ankle to walk especially down stairs.
PLEASE HELP!!!

: What excercises can I perform to ease the pain of my heels? How long will a case of plantar fascitus take to heal. I’m overweight and had begun a walking regime of 20 miles a week when this all began. I am no longer able to walk, the pain is severe. What can I do, I truly need to excercise.
