platello femoral syndrome/tracking

I’ve been diagnosed with platella tracking, and have been told that there are strengthening exercises that I can be doing to offset the imbalance.
My physiotherapist didn’t suggest this, I’ve only heard of exercises through my brother who has been diagnosed with the same thing. Can you suggest a series of basic exercises? Thanks!
