PLEASE HELP!

hey! I am a cheerleader …I have a question, I pulled my hamstring (Its like in the center on my back thigh) it has been hurting for a month and I have really good jumps and tumbling but when ever I jump it hurts a lot and I do stretch it, I don’t know if its tore or not because it hasn’t gone away…. Do u know of anything I can do to make it go away??? please help! Thannks

    Unfortunately, the best thing for you right now would be rest. Did you let it rest before going back to jumping activities?
