possible torn/dent quad muscle?

I was doing squats or lunges in my aerobics class and weeks later I noticed a ‘dent’ in my left leg. Nothing hurts but it is very visible and I can feel a groove on my leg. Should I be concerned? I think my right leg has one too but it is slight. Should I continue working out? How can I make it go away? Thanks

    i’ve been reading all about dent in leg but I have a dent on the outside of my left leg and have for years. I thougt it was a muscle line but it isn’t and now my 32yr. old daughter has one…now I’m worried! I don’t know what kind of a doc to go to and since I don’t have insurance I don’t want to pay 15 different ones only to get referred to yet another…anyone out there with an educated suggestion?
