i am not able to put much pressure at all on my foot so I am not able to walk.
i have trouble sleeping because of the discomfort.
i was given several pain medications which either make me sick or zonk me out.

I HAD MOTON’S NEUROMA SURGERY 2 WEEKS AGO. I WAS NEVER TOLD NOT TO WALK ON THE FOOT. IT IS STILL VERY PAINFUL AND HAVE DEVELOPED A LARGE KNOT ON THE BOTOOM OF MY FOOT WHICH IS AS PAINFUL AS THE ORIGINAL NEUROMA. THE SURGERY WAS DONE TO THE TOP OF THE FOOT. ANY SUGGESTIONS AS WHAT I COULD DO FOR THE “KNOT”?

It is not unusual that your foot will still hurt after only two weeks post surgery. Especially if you are trying to walk all day on it. Some walking would be OK but your foot will tell you when you have done too much.Talk to your doctor about something for the nausea and use your pain pills as needed. If they are too strong, maybe Tylenol would be strong enough. Good luck,Misti
