POSTERIOR TIBIAL TENDONITUS
I have been diagnosed with posterior tibial tendonitus of the right (inside) ankle – quite painful.
I have been training since January 2016 for the 25k race which is coming up in 3 weeks.
What exercises can I do so I don’t lose what training I’ve gained so far?
Will I be able to run in 3 weeks?
What can I do to speed the recovery process?
I am icing and wrapping it now.
Thanks!

Sorry to tell you this, but I have a feeling you've heard this before. You need to stop running to let the swelling (tendonitis) calm down. Do you pronate or flat footed? If so, you may want to look into some sort of shoe insert to align your feet better.
