I had shoulder surgery on jan 14th.
I would like to find a PT in the oceanside area that takes BC prudent buyer polan as payment in full.
I have a $25 co payment, and 75/25 plan, however, i have a projected 30-40 visits and would like the PT to accept just the BC portion of the payment.I am in oceanside CA.c cASEYorthoped.org@deferred.com

  1. That $25.00 co-pay is something that your insurance company wants. It’s not up to the PT office to say whether or not you pay it. In Ohio anyway, if we don’t take a co-pay the insurance company will bill the patient for that $25.00 co-pay. If you are really good at doing your home exercises, just go once a week and do your therapy on your own at home, if that’s feasible.
