Pubis Symphisis

I am currently going to physical therapy for Pubis Symhisis. Its been two sessions and no progress.
I am wondering if my physical therapist has me doing the right exercises.
My P.T. is saying my inflamed symhisis is from my hip popping out of socket thus pulling on the tendons attached to the pubic bone.
So I am doing a lot of hip excersis to strengthen.
Is this proper P.T. for Pubic Symphisis?

Hi Chris! Pubic Symphysis is the joint that connect our pelvis in the front surface. In our physical therapy profession there is no such thing as a “package rehabilitation treatment” on a specific diagnosis because each individual has unique and therer presentation of signs and symptoms are rarely the same. Your physical therapist is the best person that know your condition and its better that you trust him completely and be open to him regarding your concerns.
