Pulled my Quad for Third Tme! Aaaah!
I am a sixteen year old girl who plays soccer and softball year round. Last fall I pulled my right quad while playing soccer.
It hurt to kick the ball, but I would not stop playing. After the season ended it began to heal.
This spring when I was playing softball I pulled my left quad. Again I did not stop playing.
This summer my high school team is doing workouts.
The first one was on Monday and ever since I stopped running both my quads feel like they are about to pull.
I can’t play another soccer season like that.
I use icy hot nonstop and wrap them up.
I wear compression shorts. Can someone tell me what I can do so that I don’t pull my quads? Can you also tell me what I can do if I pull my quads? Do you have any specific braces that I should wear to keep from reinjuring them again? A really prompt reasponse is greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

I would consult somebody in your area – if you go back through the threads here (at least to the beg. of this year) you’ll find that quad questions don’t get answered Good Luck!Rob.
