pump bumps
My 17 year old daughter has has surgery on both of her heels for pump bumps.
She has had to give up soccer so she can save herself for track.
She still has some pain (it has been 7 months since her surgery).
Is a cortisone shot an option?

Try to find a therapist that does kinesiotaping…maybe that will help.
