Chriopractors view the curvature of the lumbar spine as a normal lordosis. Radiologist seldom comment on the lumbar curve unless its greatly reduced or increased. How can these varying perspectives create problems for patients?
Lordosis is in the cervical and the lumbar spine and is viewed from the side. Chiropractors mention this if the curve is too much “hyperlordosis” or it’s gone (straightening) or kyphotic (reversed). These problems can lead to abnormal wear and tear (osteo arthritis).
