: How do I get rid of my love handels??????? Help my boyfriend will dump me if you don’t hurry!!!Doing leg lifts, which are when you go on all 4’s, and bend your leg to about a 40 degree angle and lift it up and down. Doing these for about 15 min. a day, consecuativly, will trim your love handles. p.s. personally, I think if your bf is going to dump you because you have love handles, you arn’t in a healthy relashionship. I’m sure you look fine the way you are!

    how do I lose it?i’m sick of it hanging over my pantsits hard for me to lose weight but I’m excersixing like a half hour a day and eating right and I’m proportion and I’m not losing anythingplease help with some good advise

    i have gained like 20 pounds so fast that I can’t get ride of it any more I also still go to colage so I can’t work out that much is their any ways I can do simple exersies quikly and lose weight fast!!!!

    Thanks for the advice with the leg lifts, will totally try those.I’ve got about 4 weeks to slim down for my grad and I’ve been doing crunches, jack knive’s, a form of leg lifts and running, its just a combination. And I think for peope looking to lose weight, I hate to say this, but its the old diet. Cut out more of your carbs and sugars. Just don’t eat what looks like its been through a processing plant. And EXERCISE! In any way you can, join a dance class, pick up a sport, swim, whatever! I find a way to target your lower stomach it helps to do crunches, but instead up going straight up, put your hands to your head (so that your elbows stick out) and when crunching up bring your elbow to your knee (NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. that wont do anything) and alternate from left elbow to right knee to right elbow to left knee.

    I had big love handels and started to do hola hooping, and leg lifts ( differant variaties ) and in about two weeks I started to notice a differance

    ahh I hate love handels. nobody loves them! anyways I need to get rid of them. I do alot of sit-ups but that only seems to work the upper mid section of my abs, my two pack and then my gut. all of my weight is carried there at my hips/lovehandels. I run alot so I don’t understand why that fat isnt leaving! my sister said she has the same problem. can this be genetic?

    hahah love handles are the last of my worrys, I am big all over but I guess I’m just big boned look if ur boyfriend loves u he wouldnt care what u look like I’m sure ur body is fine!x
