reaction to orthotics

HI, I just had orthotics made and after 1 month I find I am experiencing some weird things..my left groin and hip bother me and also I feel a sort of shift in my ribcage are that troubles me..is this an indication something is wrong with the orthotics (over-correction) or should I just ignore the problems and keep wearing them.
The dr. who made them seems very reluctant to do anything about it.
Im getting desperate so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
