Playing soccer I damaged a muscle in my leg and after several failed attempts to let it heal by itself and going back to play I went to see the Dr., had an MRI and results show the subject diagnostic. The Dr set me up with 6 to 8 therapy sessions but the therapist will not be available to see me in two weeks. I was wondering what type of exercises or other programs they will have me follow and that I may start doing them myself in the mean time. BTW, my leg is already 56 years old

At softball training I went for a sprint a few steps into it I pulled like a muscle in my thigh and as per the muscle chart looks like it mat be the rectus femoris. I sat on the ground for half hour crying it was really painful. can’t get into the doctor until tomorrow. I have a indent in my thigh and can hardly walk. What does this sound like and will it heal on its own…
