recurring pains in feet

I have noticed in the last couple of yrs sensitivity in my heels and ankles.
I can hardly walk.
It is worse when I wake up from sleep and sit for long periods of time.
Once I get up on my feet I am limping to ease the pain.
This pain has gotten worse with my recent weight gain.
The pain is unbearable.
I cannot walk arounds stores or stand for long periods of time without feeling the pain.
The only relief I have is sitting and laying down.

This can have several different causes such as arthritis in your spine, heel spurs/plantar fasciitis, tarsal tunnel syndrome. It would be best for you to get evaluated by a podiatrist or orthopedist.
