Red spots on the bottom of foot

I’m on my feet a lot and now have red spots on the bottom of my feet. They dry up and leave a brown spots that donot go away. Also, when I get up in the mornings I have pain on my left ankle, it doesn’t last long.Can you tell me what I should use for the red spots?
