red swollen toe

on my left foot second toe in from the tiny one, the toe is red and swollen and feels like there is pressure under the skin and when I push down on it with my finger the bone in my toe feels really sore aswell. oh and it really itches, so bad I have to take my sock off to stop it irritating it. I have had this for about two and a half weeks. someone please help me because it is driving me mad.

Really the best thing for you to do is to have this looked at. It is impossible to guess without an examination.

it has got some red spots on it now and the skin is really dry and cracked.
