    Limited weight bearing for up to 4 weeks. Progressive range of motion in a comfortable range with full range by 4 weeks. Straight leg raises, quad sets and calf exercises as tolerated. A stationary bike can be used once range is sufficient and comfortable.Go slow. You don’t want to compromise the surgery.
