Reoccurring Shoulder dislocation

I am 26 years of age and suffer from reoccurring dislocations on both shoulders, however my left arm feels more unstable than my right . What is the reason for reoccuring dislocations, can it be cured through muscle excercise or is surgery the last remedy ?Is the surgery dangerous?

Before you even consider having surgery, you need to be evaluated by a Physical Therapist. They can work with you to strengthen the shoulder muscles which might well be all you need in order to get relief. Go see a PT, and then let us know what they recommend. Good luck.
